A message to conference attendees…

We are very pleased that you are attending the 2016 RAPA Conference in San Antonio!

This Sunday’s reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the River Terrace Room & Patio.  A complete overview of the agenda is attached which includes exact times and locations for each conference event.   This year we are introducing a new feature, RAPA Chats – brief, engaging presentations on topics of interest presented by subject matter experts.  

Please note that our Monday evening reception and dinner will be held offsite at Tower of the Americas beginning at 6:30 p.m. (see map attached). The attire for all sessions on Monday and Tuesday will be business casual. For our Sunday night reception and Monday dinner event the attire is Western Chic.  You must wear your name badges to the Sunday reception and Monday evening dinner in order to be served.

A big thanks to the Planning Committee members who have done an outstanding job providing a variety of interesting presentations with excellent speakers.  This year we have once again exceeded over 100 attendees!
