Current Employer and Title: Reinsurance Group of America – Executive Director, Strategy & Innovation

Biography: Eric joined RGA in 2014 and is currently responsible for translating business strategy into action for U.S. and Latin American markets.  His career spans across multiple functions within the industry to include individual and automated life underwriting, product and platform innovation, reinsurance administration, data analytics and emerging technologies.

Prior to RGA, Eric worked in emerging technology at Mastercard and served as an Infantry Team Leader in the Marine Corps in both Iraq and Afghanistan.  He earned an MBA from Washington University and a BSBA from Lindenwood University in St. Louis. He is a certified Technical Product Manager, Project Management Professional, and Fellow, Life Management Institute member.
