Current Employer and Title: Pacific Life Re – VP, Operations

Biography: Jill has more than 25 years of experience in the reinsurance industry in a series of progressive leadership roles starting at Manulife and currently at Pacific Life Re Retro.  As the VP, Operations at Pacific Life Re Retro, Jill develops and delivers the overall strategy for the Operations team, which supports the company’s strategic objectives and manages operational risk.  She is passionate about the reinsurance industry and about fostering ongoing industry education.  She has volunteered her time to the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) for many years, having worked on the development of the ARA course and on the ARA exam review committee. She has also been actively involved in RAPA since the early years, having served on RAPA’s Data and Education Initiatives, and more recently serving in the Board roles of Secretary, followed by Vice Chair and now Chair of RAPA.
